From KIM MACHINE to VL turning, LLC
For more than 20 years, KIM Machine provided selective customers high-quality precision turnings. With the acquisition of KIM Machine by the company's Production Manager and Lead Programmer, Victor Lyagusha, VL TURNING LLC was created to continue the tradition and expand on the model. While continuing to serve our established client base, VL TURNING LLC has expanded its capacity and precision mesurement capabilities to meet industry trends for ever-tighter tolerances and first-pass yeild. Our ability to produce large turnings has earned us a reputation for excellence and has made us a key component in the fabrication of a variety of aerospace and commercial parts such as Nozzle Supports, Combustor Rings, Combustion Chamber Liners and Outer Cases, Rotating Air Seals, Seal Rings, Turbine Cases, Fan Cases & Supports, and others. As an AS9100 certified shop, quality assurance pervades every aspect of what we do—from the quoting phase to final delivery.Our expert quality technicians are trained to operate a wide-range of process and quality control equipment—including coordinate measuring machines (CMM), TRIMOS horizontal calibrating equipment, height gages, hardness testers, profilometers and a wide range of precision micrometers, gages and indicators.Our commitment to customer focus is underscored by our adherence to the principles of our AS9100/ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
